Indian Food Photo Essay
Indian Food, in short, was an experience that can only be described by trying it firsthand. The food is so flavorful, but the consequences of spice levels come with that. For me, it took my body roughly a week and a half to get accustomed to the unique taste of India. Although I missed eating red meat, eating more vegetables and alternatives to meat was a nice change. Eating with my hands is something I will miss. It was so easy and made eating more enjoyable. One month is not enough time to experience the whole Indian food culture, definitely plan a trip to try foods unique to each city and district.
This meal here was our first experience with eating with our hands. The experience was great we kept getting seconds, thirds, and even forth set of servings. This meal although I can't tell you what everything was, had some sweet and spicy to balance the whole meal out.

One of our many lunch meals, this one in specific was spicy, one of the many meals we had to get accustomed to.The good thing about these meals was that was always received a sweet to balance out the spices at the end.

The image is showing Pani Puri one of the most common forms of street food with different variations. This one was very bland in taste but was very wet with the sauce and the contents inside. Other variations have yogurt and next level spices added to it.

The meal being displayed is a sweet, it's a rice cake this one was served with banana sauce that included banana slices. It was a good thing to have at the end of yet another spicy meal.

Spiced cauliflower depending on the restaurant or place you order spice may vary. The flavor was good it almost reminds you of that you're eating chicken.

Most of the goods shown here have paneer a staple in Indian food culture. Paneer is a type of cheese that’s been cubed. Paneer in general was one of my safety foods here in my stay in India.

This was the Burger King menu. Whenever you travel over seas going with fast food is the safest thing you could do. In India the menu was completerly different from America all the meals were chicken with some offering lamb replacement. It might just be me but Indian Burger King beats American Burger King in taste,menu, and of course the prices.

The meal being displayed is called the King Kong chicken sandwich. This was bought at a restaurant called Monkey Grubs. I regret not coming here more often as it was my favorite restaurant in India.

The meal here was Lamb my first time trying Lamb. This was my opportunity to try meat in India as I needed a break from vegetables and chicken so having lamb was a breath of fresh air.
